Late at night on a road trip I found myself outside of a different Marriott location that was fully booked. I was trying to navigate the app which was giving me difficulty so I just started calling nearby locations. After a couple very frustrating conversations I called this location and spoke to Austin. He was knowledgeable and efficient. I made my way over and checked in for the night. Room was exactly as advertised and CLEAN. Very nice, very happy and 5 stars to Austin for knowing his stuff and keeping it simple. Thanks guys!

Lakisha at the front desk was an absolute gem, super friendly and accommodating. She was gracious and helpful throughout our journey. She was the highlight of our trip. My family were impressed by the room, breakfast, beautiful patio with fire in the evening, and pool. Great visit overall, we will definitely be returning! All staff was friendly, always smiling and greeting us.
This was our second stay at this hotel. We discovered it last year on our trip to Hershey’s Park. About 30 min away from the park. Staff is polite, welcoming and professional. Great breakfast! Spacious rooms. Very clean and quiet place to stay with family.
I can’t say enough about our stay at the Residence Inn Harrisburg Carlisle. From the moment we walked in the door, we were cared for in a way that all hotels should aspire for. We were greeted by Saleem at the front desk who took great care of us and always offers to help at every turn during our three night stay. The GM, Gretchen, met us in the parking lot, found out it was my mom’s 70th birthday and headed back inside to surprise us with a large bag of treats for our stay to celebrate. The head of housekeeping came over our second day to sing happy birthday to my mom at breakfast and the lady who took care of the breakfast area helped my mom get her food and offered to help her to her table. I’ve rarely been to a location that took the time and pride this home away from home took to make our stay a wonderful memory. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stay with these folks and let them create a memory for you too!
Nice and quiet even though within minutes of interstate highways. Rooms very clean, staff very helpful, and breakfast was good. Stored as a hotel to return to when back in the Carlisle / Gettysburg area. Very satisfied.

Stayed here for a weekend and could not be any happier. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and everything about our room and the hotel was explained to us. Our room was much larger than expected and was extremely clean. The free breakfast was also much better than most hotels. Will definitely stay here again!
